OUTLOOK 2016 CALENDAR NOT SYNCING WITH IPHONE INSTALL
Download, install and run iCloud for Windows from Apples official site.

This has happened to everyone in the business with access to this calendar, it did one round a few months ago and now it has started again. Microsoft's response so far has been "we've run some back end scripts, please see if the issue returns" yet they never look into the cause even though I have explained the above to them. If I leave the tab open for say five minutes THEN all of the appointments will show up, I check with the affected user and they can now see them on their iPhone. I go back into Outlook > Calendar and then delete the appointment. If I log into as the affected user and go to Outlook > Calendar I can't see all appointments, I then create a test appointment, leave it a few and close the calendar browser tab. This is what I came across when trying to fix the issue. Removing and re-adding the account on the iPhone doesn't fix it, does not bring in the other appointments, creating appointments sync to all users, deleting those appointments also syncs across. If you use Microsoft Outlook at the office and have a personal iPhone in your pocket, you have a few options for keeping your scheduling information in one place iTunes and iCloud sync calendars. 'Person A can't see all of the appointments for today on their iPhone but I can see them on Outlook desktop'
OUTLOOK 2016 CALENDAR NOT SYNCING WITH IPHONE FULL
Everyone has full permission to read/write etc. This is synced with Outlook desktop and iPhones using iOS Calendar.

They have a shared calendar that everyone in the business has access to, around 10 people.

We've had this issue for a client of ours numerous times.
